The lyrics depict humanity contributing to the world's destruction, abusing natural resources and slowly killing the environment so they are pretty unorthodox for this type of metal. _________________ "Doom is the soul of metal Primordial and pure Doom is the true essence of living Immortal My cure" - DAWN OF WINTER

Unfortunately this, their debut, was criminally overlooked by a lot of folk when it was released sometime back in '98, but thankfully they have a loyal fan base so they've been soldiering on for the last 11 years or so. _________________ "Doom is the soul of metal Primordial and pure Doom is the true essence of living Immortal My cure" - DAWN OF WINTER

Sorry for the small image, but have ye ever tried successfully searching for an album called "Download" in todays Internet age? _________________ News: Currently online from public PCs only thanks to my ISP being an ass and refusing to fix my burst Internet connection. Music wise its the same good old Sabbat with skull crushing riffage and no traces of modernity anywhere. _________________ "Doom is the soul of metal Primordial and pure Doom is the true essence of living Immortal My cure" - DAWN OF WINTER

I can't say I've heard it, but I've pretty much given up on Xasthur since arriving at the conclusion that all his stuff sounds pretty much the same. _________________ http://plunderthetombs.blogspot.com/ Latest review: Actifed - Dawn of a Legion / Crucified 12"

There is one song that stands out, very catchy, but the rest is rather luck laster or something. bah!

(It's currently 02:30 here! ) I know that some Metalheads tend to view Cradle with a degree of distain (Possibly because of their popularity amongst baby-goths?) but personally I'll stick with them. Had it not been for some good friends getting me into From the Cradle to Enslave ten years ago, then it's possible that Id've never discovered the Immortal BAL-SAGOTH _________________ News: Currently online from public PCs only thanks to my ISP being an ass and refusing to fix my burst Internet connection. You can listen to them here if your intrigued: http://www.myspace.com/thelampofthoth, trust me, it's bloody good stuff! _________________ "Doom is the soul of metal Primordial and pure Doom is the true essence of living Immortal My cure" - DAWN OF WINTER
